A message from Citizens Advice Bureau. With Barclays closing in November 2017, and Lloyds and NatWest planning to close in May 2018, there will be no banks left in the town. Citizens Advice are concerned about the loss of access to banking facilities, especially on the part of older people and those who have a disability. If you live in Billingshurst, or nearby, and depend on using a bank there, we want to get your views on what the closure will mean for you. We can then tell the banks what you think.
